Because GoToWeb operates as a free service, we make no guarantees regarding the long-term storage of your shortened links or associated click statistics.

• Data Loss: We may experience server outages, data loss, or need to purge old records.
• Backups: Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own records, backups, and copies of their original destination URLs. GoToWeb will not be liable for any lost data, broken links, or any resulting business or personal disruptions.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree to use GoToWeb exclusively for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our Service to shorten URLs that redirect to, host, promote, or facilitate any of the following:

• Illegal Activities: Content that violates any local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, intellectual property violations, or piracy.
• Child Exploitation: Child pornography or any content exploiting minors. (Any such content will be aggressively reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies).
• Malicious Content: Hacking tutorials, phishing pages, malware, viruses, trojans, or any software designed to cause harm.
• Warez and Cracks: Pirated software, keygens, or unauthorized license bypasses.
• Spam and Scams: Unsolicited bulk emails (spam), deceptive schemes, ponzi schemes, or fraudulent websites.

4. Moderation, Enforcement, and Termination

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

GoToWeb is solely a link-routing utility. We do not author, host, review, or endorse the content found at the destination of any shortened link.

• We disclaim any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We make no warranty that the destination websites are safe, accurate, or free from malicious code. Users click on and interact with shortened links entirely at their own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GoToWeb, its owners, administrators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any content, materials, or damages incurred from visiting a destination URL routed through our Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your shortened links or data.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

7. Indemnification

GoToWeb operates as a passive conduit for information and claims "Safe Harbor" protection under applicable laws. We respect intellectual property rights and public safety.
